Led by Principal Robert Desselles, every member of the Centric team is dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service to our clients. From the smallest project to the most complex development, the Centric team collaborates seamlessly with clients, their architects and engineers to achieve their shared vision on time and on budget.
Robert Desselles, P.E.
Principal – President of Gulf Coast Area Operations
Mr. Desselles is responsible for oversight and management of Centric’s operations including Business Development, Finance, Estimating, Operations, Pre-construction and Construction. He is actively engaged in all of Centric’s projects throughout the greater Gulf Coast Area to ensure every Centric team maintains the highest levels of client service and quality. Mr. Desselles received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Loyola University of New Orleans. He is a registered professional engineer with licenses in the states of Louisiana and Texas. Mr. Desselles also holds master electrician licenses in Texas and various Louisiana parishes.
John Hickman
Project Manager – General
As a project manager, Mr. Hickman is directly responsible for monitoring job cost and schedules. He works closely with the architect/engineer and the owner to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Mr. Hickman’s experience includes development of ports and terminals in the Gulf Coast Area. He received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
Earl Rayburn
Superintendent - General
As general superintendent, Mr. Rayburn has direct responsibility for safety, quality workmanship, on-time scheduling, and keeping within the budget on each project. Mr. Rayburn has over 30 years of experience in development of Industrial, Port, and Terminal Projects. He plays an integral role in the implementation and supervision of successful projects. Mr. Rayburn initiates, coordinates and supervises all field operations from the beginning of a project until completion and acceptance by the owner. In 2008, Mr. Rayburn received his PMP Certification from Villanova University.
Kevin Comeaux
Project Manager – Electrical
As electrical project manager, Mr. Comeaux is directly responsible for monitoring job cost and schedules of Centric’s electrical projects. His responsibilities include, preconstruction, coordinating bid processes, estimating projects, maintaining budgets, and managing construction teams throughout the duration of the project. Mr. Comeaux is a graduate of Electrical Vocational Training at the Baton Rouge Area JATC in addition he holds NCCER Electrical Journeyman Certification.
Johnny McWilliams
Superintendent – Electrical
As electrical superintendent, Mr. McWilliams has direct responsibility for safety, quality workmanship, on-time scheduling, and keeping within the budget on each project. Mr. McWilliams has over 15 years of experience in electrical projects within Industrial Facilities including mines, power plants, and process plants. He plays an integral role in the implementation and supervision of successful projects. Mr. McWilliams is an U.S. Army Veteran and a NCCER Certified Electrical Journeyman.
