Xavier University Pharmacy School Renovations

Located in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Xavier University Pharmacy School Renovations, designed by Lachin Architects, entailed an interior renovation in the building’s second and fourth floor. The 5,000sf renovation on the second floor included a wet lab, classroom, and office space for faculty and students. The extensive case work for the wet lab and classroom included top of the line laboratory equipment, hot/cold water lines at each lab station, vacuum lines, and a sauce fume hood with a new exhaust fan on the roof. The 2,000sf renovation on the fourth floor was dedicated to new functional office space for professors.
