Located in Pasadena, Texas, the Deepwater Coal Terminal Industrial Buildings entailed the construction of three industrial buildings. The scope work entailed 5,625sf maintenance shop and warehouse; design-build of a 5,355sf control room and office building; and design build of a 4,752sf rail car unloading building.
